DEAR DAHLIA Skin Conditioning Lip & Eye Remover is a gentle yet effective makeup remover designed to remove long-lasting and waterproof eye and lip makeup without leaving a greasy residue. Its unique formula, combining an oil and water phase, dissolves makeup while moisturizing and soothing delicate areas of the face.

Directions for use:

Shake the bottle well to mix the two phases.
Soak a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of product.
Apply gently to closed eyes or lips, leaving on for a few seconds to dissolve makeup.
Wipe gently without rubbing.

Ingredients: This makeup remover is enriched with Dahlia Variabilis flower extracts, known for their antioxidant and soothing properties, helping to protect and revitalize the skin. It also contains certified organic oils, such as sweet almond oil, argan oil, shea oil, and cocoa butter, which deeply nourish and moisturize the sensitive eye and lip areas. The formula is completed with moisturizing agents like butylene glycol and glycerin, which maintain the skin's natural moisture, and soothing ingredients like allantoin and soybean extract, which help calm irritation. In addition, essential oils of lavender and sweet orange add a subtle, natural aromatic touch.
