Dr. Belmeur Amino Clear Lip & Eye Makeup Remover is a dual-phase makeup remover specially formulated to thoroughly remove lip and eye makeup without irritating the skin or leaving residue. Its formula combines a water phase and an oil phase to effectively dissolve makeup while hydrating the skin, leaving a feeling of freshness without a greasy film.
Directions for use:
Ingredients: This makeup remover is formulated with a combination of water and gentle oils such as Ethylhexyl Palmitate and Isohexadecane , which effectively dissolve makeup while maintaining skin moisture. Allantoin and Serine , an amino acid, help soothe and moisturize the skin, while facilitating the removal of dead skin cells. The presence of Dimethicone ensures a smooth and silky application, while agents such as Butylene Glycol and 1,2-Hexanediol act as humectants to maintain skin moisture. The formula is also enriched with Tocopherol (Vitamin E) , an antioxidant that protects the skin from external aggressions. Additionally, this product is free from four types of potentially harmful substances, including PEG surfactants, mineral oils, tar dyes, and synthetic fragrances, making it suitable for sensitive skin.
