Delivery methods
France and Belgium:
Delivery is secure with delivery against signature.
Delivery costs are €4.50 for any order under €60.
Delivery is free for purchases over €60.
Delivery time is estimated between 5 and 7 working days after dispatch.
Express Delivery – K-Beauty Tech Devices (Medicube AGE-R, Centellian24):
Delivery is provided by FedEx Express, with signature required.
Fixed costs: €40.
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Customs charges may apply upon receipt of the package.
Order tracking
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.

Return conditions
Returns are accepted only if the products are unopened, in their original packaging and with the seal intact.
The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
