The IOPE Stem III Softener is an advanced 150ml toner designed to prep skin, deeply hydrate, and target signs of aging. Enriched with IOPE's exclusive STEM III technology and nourishing ingredients, this toner improves skin texture, stimulates cell regeneration, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. Its lightweight, silky formula leaves skin soft, radiant, and ready for subsequent skincare.

Directions for use:
