Les retours sont acceptés uniquement si les produits sont non ouverts, dans leur emballage d’origine et avec le sceau intact.
La demande de retour doit être effectuée dans un délai de 14 jours calendaires suivant la réception de la commande.
Les produits ouverts ou dont le sceau est brisé ne seront ni repris ni remboursés.

Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client, sauf en cas d’erreur de notre part ou de produit défectueux.

Une confirmation par e-mail est envoyée dès que le remboursement est traité.
Pendant certaines périodes comme le Nouvel An Lunaire (du 23 janvier au 2 février) ou les jours fériés coréens, des retards peuvent survenir.
