REJURAN Derma Healer Moisture Treatment Toner is a 150ml hydrating toner, specially formulated to soothe and revitalize dehydrated and damaged skin. Enriched with Polynucleotides (PN) and nourishing ingredients, this toner prepares the skin to absorb subsequent skincare products while strengthening the skin barrier and restoring the skin's natural moisture balance.
